Pathways into Community Mental Health: QAMH Update
The Wonderful Workforce team at Queensland Alliance for Mental Health (QAMH) is joining us to provide an overview of their workforce project. This is the first of its kind for the community mental health sector here in Australia. They will give an overview of the strategy and the key parts of their project that are aimed at supporting the sector as a whole – whether it's people finding their way to the sector, giving a platform to showcase the skills of those who work in community mental health and strengthening the systems to support people to thrive in their work.
I will also share some plans for IMPACT 2026 shaped by what you've told us over the past 12 months.
