IMPACT Network Meeting "Tools That Shape Us: Capability, Training and Integrity"
Our February session looks at the tools, frameworks and expectations that shape workforce identity across every part of our sector. Capability frameworks and education tools shape how we understand expertise, values, power, and practice, and can either strengthen solidarity or quietly reinforce silos unless they explicitly centre intersectionality.
We’re joined by Chelsea and Yumi (QAMH), presenting the capability and education tools currently in development, and by other skilled educators speaking to LLE about workforce integrity, values, orientation, and the ongoing work of recognising Lived-Living Experience as equal expertise.
This month, we name the tools, language and structures that shape workforce culture across mental health, AOD, suicide prevention, disability, housing, crisis response and beyond.
We’ll explore what a genuinely LLE-led education space looks like, how capability work can recognise intersectional realities, and how sector-wide frameworks can support collaboration rather than divide it.
