How We Stayed Connected
IMPACT Network Meeting
Everyone is welcome at our monthly network meetings, no matter your role, sector or stage. Please speak, listen, share or be present in the way that works best for you, whether in the room, in the chat or by following up later. The purpose is to bring the whole IMPACT Network together for connection, collaboration and collective learning, building statewide relationships and strengthening the visibility of Lived Living Expertise.
Meetings run once a month, with day and evening options. Each session opens with a Safe Enough check-in and includes either a guest presentation or a themed conversation, along with open space for community sharing and member input.
The focus is on cross-sector connection, shared learning, spotlighting current initiatives and workforce issues, building a collective voice for reform through dialogue rather than hierarchy, and strengthening inclusion across identified and non-identified roles. 2025 Meetings Overview and watch out for the 2026 calendar, out soon!
Community of Practice
The Community of Practice strengthens relational practice across the LLE workforce through shared exploration of theory, frameworks and real-world application. It supports integrating Lived-Living expertise into organisational and systemic contexts.
Sessions run monthly and include short presentations, case examples or themed conversations. The emphasis is on co-learning and translating knowledge across different systems, with space for resource sharing and collaboration. Read more here : Community of Practice
Co-Reflection Sessions
Co-reflection offers a safe, structured space for peers to think together about practice, values and wellbeing. It supports professional growth, integrity and alignment with lived living experience principles, grounded in mutual learning rather than evaluation.
Small groups of up to eight meet for a gentle guided discussion, using the IMPACT Co-Reflection Framework to explore practice experiences, ethical questions and personal sustainability in the work.
The focus is deep reflection on values in action, navigating practice tensions, making sense of identity and role, strengthening reflective capability and boundaries, and building mutual support. The tone is confidential, non-hierarchical and curious, centred on trust, compassion and generative dialogue that honours each person’s expertise. See more here : Co-Reflection Participant Information.
