Q-LEWN will support Lived Experience workers from across Queensland to

  • Connect with each other

  • Access professional development, mentoring, supervision and support 

  • Input into collective advocacy about polices that impact the Lived Experience workforce and people using mental health; suicide prevention; or alcohol and other drugs services


Individual membership is open to people working or volunteering across Queensland in identified Lived Experience roles focusing on mental health; suicide prevention; or problematic substance use.

As an individual member you are entitled to

  • Receive discounts for Q-LEWN training and events

  • Access members only information, forums and resources on the Q-LEWN website

  • Add your voice to inform Q-LEWN priorities and advocacy

  • Have voting rights at Q-LEWN meetings and be eligible to nominate as a member of the governing board


Organisations can demonstrate their committment to supporting the Lived Experience workforce and enjoy the same benefits as individuals by becoming a member.


Free reciprocal membership is available to state and national peak bodies.

Membership is valid for the current financial year.
